Scope and purposes of data processing

Concluding and properly executing product and (or) service contracts:

position, name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail, personal code or any other identification code, payment account number and bank name and code, vehicle registration number.

Lawfulness of data processing

Personal data are processed based on the following:

– in order to conclude and (or) execute the contract;
– on the basis of legitimate interest of SIA “EGATE” (maintenance of relationships, fraud prevention).

In accordance with the requirements of the laws, personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of data recipients:

– providers of data centres and cloud services;
– software providers and software maintenance personnel;
– debt collection agencies;
– competent state authorities.

Retention term of personal data

Personal data processed for the purpose of client relationship management – 3 years after the end of financial year during which the relationship ended.
Personal data processed for the purpose of concluding and properly executing product and (or) service contracts – 10 years after the end of financial year during which the relationship ended.
In all cases, personal data are stored for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
